THE RESORT

The Three P Holiday & Dive Resort opened its doors to divers and travelers for the first time in April 2009. It is located seven kilometers out of Romblon Town on the same named island. Our family managed resort includes five cottages, a restaurant and the Ducks Diving School inside a tropical garden next to the ocean. Our fresh water comes from a fountain on the property and is controlled on a regular base. It is treated as drinking water as it is crystal clear. PHOTO GALLERY ![]()

THE COTTAGES

The typical Filipino bamboo cottages are built of local materials and wood from certified regenerating groves. The bungalows of 25 square meters (270 square feet) were designed with love for the detail. They are all equipped with electric fan, refrigerator and TV. The terrace is next to the ocean and some tall mangrove trees make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the colorful sunsets of Romblon. PHOTO GALLERY ![]()

THE RESTAURANT

We can proudly say that the Three P Restaurant is one of the best on this island. Locals and tourists visit it on a regular base. The kitchen offers European and Filipino dishes made out of fresh local ingredients. The roof terrace offers the perfect location for a relaxed breakfast while watching the ocean or a romantic candle light dinner. If wished so we serve all dishes and beverages in the cottages, too. THE ISLAND ROMBLON

The island Romblon is located in the same named province in the center of the Philippines. The central region of the island is mountainous and covered by forest and Coconut palms. On the coast you find rocks and cliffs, mangrove jungles and numerous fine white and golden sand beaches. The water is crystal clear and safe for divers, swimmers and snorkelers in most areas all around the year. The main source of income is mining and processing of high quality marble comparable to the Italian marble. That is why the province of Romblon is also called “Marble Country”. In Romblon Town there are a lot of places where you can watch artists and craftsmen work on the various types of marble. The opportunities for shopping are versatile, too. Later you can walk through the streets and tiny alleys to discover the town with its ruins of the Spanish colonization, like Fort St. Andres, built in the 16th century. In the differently vegetated areas of Romblon you find a lot of agricultural products like coconuts, rice, corn, bananas, sweet potatoes, taro, tropical fruits and more. The local fishing grounds offer a variety of fresh high quality fish as the plankton rich street of Tablas is used by fish swarms to wander from the Sulu Sea to the Visaya Sea. The opportunity is there for anybody who wishes to explore further as there are several beautiful islands nearby, such as Cobrador and Sibuyan Island. Both can be reached in two hours by local boats. Sibuyan Island in particular has one of the best preserved forests in the Philippines with many species of local birds and other animals on it. It is the only known island with three endemic mammal species. PHOTO GALLERY ![]()
